3. Billing Errors Only

4. Cancellation of Scheduled Sessions

Strategy sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund.

7. Chargebacks & Billing Disputes

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay access to services while the dispute is investigated.
